    I stayed previously and enjoyed this place. They are still under some kind of renovation. I came with my Mokopuna and she got a bit scared down the corridor, concerned we were going to the abyss of doom but the room is lovely the beds are super cozy. on the downside I could hear neighbouring rooms through the night, the fridge vibrated so I moved it to stop it and there was one tiny soap and 1 tiny shampoo which honestly isn't enough for 2 people. Especially an adult sharing body soap with a child feels inappropriate. Like they have an Indian restaurant onsite if you won't want to leave and go out to eat.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in one of their Executive King Balcony rooms. I arrived late at night and was initially impressed with the room. However, the standard of cleaning needs a lot of improvement. The hallway could use proper vacuuming, and the housekeeping team should keep their voices down while chatting in the hallway. The carpet also needs a thorough vacuum, as I experienced a severe hayfever attack each time I returned to my room. In the early hours of the morning, I called reception because I could smell a smoky, burnt scent coming into my room. I later discovered that my door had large gaps, so I had to place towels along the bottom to block the smell from coming in. On a positive note, housekeeping did come in every day to replenish what was needed in the room.
