    Overall, our stay was disappointing considering the price we paid. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool, but the water was extremely cold and the heating system was not working. What was even more frustrating was that the hotel staff were already aware of this issue but did not inform guests in advance. Another problem was the check-in time. Agoda stated that check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and we planned our schedule accordingly, including purchasing museum tickets for later in the day. However, upon arrival, we were told that check-in was actually at 3:00 PM, which disrupted our plans. The breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point. We felt that the quality and variety offered were not worth the cost. On the positive side, the housekeeping team and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, we do not feel that the hotel provided good value for money.

The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which added a nice touch to relaxation. The location is perfect for exploring local shopping options, though airport access could use some improvement. Overall, it offers great value for money, ensuring a memorable stay that I would highly recommend to others.
