The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The curtains were coming off, the wallpaper was cracked and peeling, and the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner started leaking water after only two hours of use. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, so the staff tried to service the air conditioner and placed a cloth underneath to catch the dripping water. To be fair, the staff were quite helpful and tried their best to assist, but the overall condition of the room was disappointing. I only stayed here at the last minute because the event venue was right next door. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

I chose this hotel because it had good guest reviews and the rooms looked comfortable in the photos. However, we were very disappointed with our actual experience. The room looked not well maintained. The walls peeling wallpaper and visible marks. The furniture also looked worn out, making the room feel quite different from what we had expected based on the photos and positive reviews. The bathroom also had mold, which made us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the information on Agoda was misleading. The amenities section stated that free parking was available, but the hotel no longer provides free parking. If we had known this beforehand, we would have considered booking another hotel. To make matters worse, there was a leak in our room, so we had to change rooms unexpectedly. However, the replacement room was a smoking room, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. Overall, this stay was a disappointing experience. The condition of the room, the maintenance issues, and the inaccurate information about parking did not meet our expectations. I hope the hotel will improve its room maintenance and update its information on Agoda so that future guests can make informed decisions before booking.

We rode to Melacca and stayed here for 1 night. It’s good that our motorcycles were allowed to park near to the hotel and visible to cctv. The cleanliness of the room was average, and it was acceptable to us for a 1-night stay.
