    While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room itself was poorly maintained. The shower lacked basic amenities, with nowhere to hang clothes or place toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. Additionally, because the room had no windows, it felt very humid and developed an unpleasant odor.
