Bilik sangat sempit; betul betul cukup muatkan katil queen size dan bilik air. Ubat gigi, berus gigi & air mineral tak disediakan. Plug di kiri kepala dah tercabut sikit dan tak masuk letrik kat phone aku. Plug kat dinding arah kaki tinggi sangat dan tergantung pula phone aku kalau nak charge. Meja tak ada jadi aku tak boleh buat kerja. Bahagian paling teruk adalah hotel ni bersebelahan dengan Palm Mall. Waktu nak check in tu 6x aku pusing cari parking. Akhirnya aku park lebih kurang 600 meter dari hotel tu. Dah la waktu aku siap bawa laptop, fail, beg pakaian bagai. Kalau spend extra RM20 kau boleh dapat bilik hotel yang ada semua diatas dan parking yang dekat.
