    First of all great staff management however the hotel is really hard to get parking. Secondly the toilet clogged while showering so i find it hard to shower. There is also no bidet for the loo which I have to either take the shower head or uses tissue paper. No dustbin in the room only in the toilet. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants a good weekend getaway. With the no study table in the room, i find it hard to get things ready.

    Disappointing stay for our anniversary – i would rate the hotel 3-star at best. We chose this four-star, Michelin-guided hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, but left highly disappointed. The service and amenities simply did not live up to the hotel's designation. The Downsides: • Zero Anniversary Recognition: I requested a honeymoon setup in advance. While not guaranteed, a hotel of this caliber usually acknowledges special occasions, but nothing was done. • Missing Amenities & Rigid Service: Our room lacked toothbrushes and room slippers. Reception brought toothbrushes but said there were no slippers. Later, we needed a charger head since the room only had 3-pin/USB-A ports. Reception had no spares, so we ordered one via Grab. When it arrived, we asked if staff could bring it up (since we had no slippers to walk down in), and they said no. • AC Disruption: The air conditioning was off around 7-8AM, waking us up sweating before randomly turning back on a few minutes later. • Hit-or-Miss Breakfast: We added breakfast because of the great reviews. The French toast was good, but the crab shakshuka had a terrible, overpowering iron taste that ruined the dish. The Upsides: • The French toast was tasty, and the reception staff did eventually deliver toothbrushes. Overall, the rigid service and lack of basic comforts made this feel like a 3-star hotel at best. We won't be returning for future special occasions.
