Oh the quality has dropped so much and i used to like this hotel. My first room floor was wet, the staff was kind enough to offer another room. My friend in the another room found it so difficult to open her room door and her light switch could only be switched on and off from the bedside. The one near the door wasn't functioning. My room hot shower was a notch higher than cold water. Receptionist/staff was helpful. But the rooms really need a refurbish. Hope it will be done - the location is really good. Sorry to be the whiny hoter stayer. I really hope the hotel improves. Thanks!
