I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at SILVER SKY HOTEL from June 12 to June 14, 2026. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
- Room Condition: The room had a strong smell of weed, suggesting that previous guests had smoked there and it was not properly cleaned.
- Check-in Issues: The staff member at the counter was not helpful and claimed that I did not have a booking, despite my confirmed reservation.
- Financial Discrepancy: The hotel collected a RM 20 deposit from me but failed to issue a receipt for the transaction.
I am very disappointed with the service and the state of the accommodations. I hope this feedback is useful for other travelers and for your records.

I booked 2 rooms to stay with my family. Once reached the hotel, the recep buy who was a Bangaledeshi guy told me that the rooms are fully booked. I told him that i booked and made the payment just now and showed him the booking details. He checked and told me all the rooms are full and recommand us go to the row behind the hotel to stay in his fren hotel, Aman Puri. The rooms are avail but too small and could not accompdate the family. Moreover, the hotel is just next to the bar and bistro. I saw many drunken guys along the coridor and i felt it is unsafe for me to park the car. So we decided to cancel the booking. However, reached Agoda for a refund. Hopefully, will get back my money. Thanks.
