We’ve stayed there 3 nights and it was very pleasant stay! Hotel has a very outstanding location which is couple of minute from pantai chenang beach, lots of shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away, 10 minutes if you are slow like a turtle =) Staff are very friendly and kind, trying to make your stay very comfortable! Swimming pool not big but very chill and silent! Thanks for making our stay unforgettable!

Yes, the title is correct — I was kept waiting for hours because the air conditioning in my room was not working, and unfortunately the way the situation was handled was quite disappointing. I originally booked a studio apartment at this hotel. However, upon arrival, I realized that the hotel does not have a lift, and my room was located on the 3rd floor. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, who has difficulty using stairs, this became a problem. I understand that I should have checked the hotel facilities more carefully beforehand, so I decided to upgrade to a mezzanine room on the 1st floor at my own expense. Unfortunately, after moving to the new room, I found that the air conditioning was not working. I informed the reception staff, and they told me to wait while they contacted the air-conditioning service technician. At first, I was understanding and willing to wait, but after more than an hour, the issue was still unresolved. I then asked if we could be moved to another room, but my request was declined because I was told there were no vacant rooms available. I continued waiting for several more hours, and despite requesting a room change multiple times, the answer remained the same. At one point, I was even advised to go out and have dinner while waiting. This continued until close to 10pm, and only after I became visibly upset was I finally offered another room on the 2nd floor. It is unfortunate because the hotel does have some positives — the location is good, the room itself was clean, and the overall condition was decent. However, based on this experience, especially the way the issue was handled by the staff, I would not choose to stay here again if I return to Langkawi, and I would not feel comfortable recommending it to friends or family.
