    Family two bedroom - IRIS room should be upgraded. Old furniture, smelly and not suitable for old folks and children as to climb up 3rd floor. location excellent

    For me service is more important than the place but the place could get the proper one….highly recommended for those who wanna feel enjoy near to the beach and places that nearby to the hotel price very marhain..hotel staff also very friendly

    They told me they are fully booked while the app kept showing openings. Second, the app showed my room in Sandy Beach Resort but I was housed in an adjacent property called Sandy Beach Residence. Bait and switch tactic. The bed linen had holes in it. The shower tank leaked. And the kettle had to be replaced. I didn't ask for the room to be made up whole I was away on my excursion, but when I came back I found the room had been made up. The hotel management surely thinks this is a sign of good service, but no, you don't enter a guest's room unless you are asked. The breakfast was good.
