    this was my first ever hostel stay and i really liked its aesthetics and everything included in the price point. it would have been a near perfect budget stay if not for the bed bugs. woke up after the first night in the female dorm with a bunch of bites on my legs and had been talking to a girl the night before who had been staying longer and mentioned getting bit by an unusual amount of “mosquitos”. found a bedbug on my bag in the afternoon and later realized all of the bags i left in the space by the beds had some bugs on them. i ended up contacting the owner (?) and paid to move to a single room where i did not get any more bites. i feel like it is an objective fact that any hostel is going to be exposed to bed bugs at some point in time, but if the infestation is bad enough that my legs were full of bites and i found 3 on my bags then precautions need to be taken; however they did say i was the first one to mention it so hopefully it is being handled now. the many pluses are free breakfast, coffee, tea, and creamer supplied and you can do your laundry for free (2rm for detergent). i really liked hanging out on the outdoor patio on the laundry level, it was a cozy place to chill and smoke with many seats. give this place a chance if you feel inclined to, it is beautiful and so clean besides the bugs, and the staff are all so kind, just be cautious.
