    Room down room, Cleanliness deplorable, Rodent/tikus in the room, ate my dinner, The room feel so smelly, Welcoming mat not welcoming at all(my wife didn't even notice it), Shades run down, Booked for 2nites(15-17Okt2026), but only stayed for one nite,we checked in.. into another hotel for our 2nd night while in Kerteh. If you can reimbursed for one nite charges, we would appreciate it very much. Thank you

    Ini level bilik tumpangan, bukan level hotel. Bilik ada tak sampai 15 bilik pun. Bilik tumpangan cara kampung ni. Lokasi bagus dekat dengan masjid dan kedai makan, stesen minyak. Sepatutnya harga around RM 20 atau RM 30 ja satu malam dengan keadaan kondisi bilik dan fasiliti. Toilet tak bersih. Air slow.
