    Overall, good service, great location. However, the lift was like from the Dinosaur age

    The room was too small and the bathroom sink had large visible mold on it. The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly as well. The bathroom glass door is see through from the bed which makes the stay very uncomfortable especially when you want to share the stay with someone.

    The perfect place to stay if you’re attending events at Idea Live Arena. However, please improves by checking your guest’s booking and overall room condition before allowing guest to check in. A bit dissapointed as I was assigned to a different type of room from my booking in the app. Turns out the website? catched a complete different type of room for my booking. The wallpaper was torn and pasted quite badly. The bathroom was a bit moldy at the grout? But love the scent of the shower gel. Parking is available in the basement but it was under external management hence the fees was quite high. There is a also a convenience store nearby and a mall right next to it.

    The reason is to stay close to Idea Arena PJ; otherwise, one could certainly choose a better hotel at a similar price.
