    This unit is not hygiene and not properly cleaned. Found dust and insects under sofa and in living room. Watch out if you stay alone when use bathroom you may get stucked from inside. Have to open the door from outside. Far from eataries

    Lovely place. It is a little dated, but pool is amazing, the sauna and gym, so you can enjoy whilst kids splash around. Security to get in and out.

    Overall, it was okay, but there were several disappointing issues. The toilet was not clean and had stains, and no toiletries were provided. There were also no locks on any of the room doors, which was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the bed. It was completely different from what was shown in the gallery when I made the booking. I specifically booked this place because of the bed shown in the photos, but upon check-in, I found a fully wooden four-poster bed instead. It was very uncomfortable and not suitable for plus-size guests. Another problem was the bathroom drainage. The water clogged every time I showered, leaving water on the floor that I had to clean up myself after every bath. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations because the actual room was quite different from what was advertised, and the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.
