    The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, which I really appreciated. However, there were several issues with the room facilities. The air conditioner in the original room was not cooling at all and was blowing warm air. After requesting a room change, the staff were helpful and assisted us in checking other rooms. Unfortunately, we had to try three different rooms, all of which had the same problem, before finally finding a room with a properly functioning air conditioner. The bed sheet had a burn hole that appeared to be caused by a cigarette and there were also some stains on it. The shower head was leaking, and the hair dryer would stop working once it became hot. We had to wait for it to cool down before using it again, which made drying long hair take more than an hour. Overall, the staff provided great service, but the room maintenance and facilities need improvement. If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay, this place is acceptable. However, if your budget allows, you may want to consider a better accommodation option.

    The only advantage to me is because it is near to the College PKM. Otherwise, you can a better & bigger room or homestay for the same rate.
