    Very disappointing stay. The floor was sticky and clearly not properly cleaned. Worse, we found a small cockroach crawling on the bed. Finding a cockroach on the bed and toilet was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The cleanliness and housekeeping definitely need improvement.

    Kalau boleh just elakkan hotel ni cari yang lain. Staff sangat la rude, check in ambil masa terlalu lama. Tak leh nak brain la hotel takde tuala. Bila tanya dia kata i don't know, tuala finish aiyoooo. Bilik sempit dan korang tengok la sendiri dalam gambar tu. Panas guyy aircond pun tak rasa dan lambat nk sejuk. Shampoo pun xde just ada sabun je tu pun xde bau 😄 staff pulak foreigners semua jawab acuh tak acuh so korang stay away jgn carik pasai nk duk hotel ni 🤭
