    Good location and comfortable enough. For the price you paid, you get 2 bedroom and comfy beds, clean unit and everything inside works. Aircond is very fast cooling (my unit is B2). Plenty of food along the streets both by walking or driving distance. Can order Grabfood also. Recommended if you need a simple place to stay in this area. Will definitely come back. Cons: water pressure a little small, foreign staff cant really communicate clearly

    Basic chalet, 100 mtr near to Batu Hitam beach. Room quite clean with new sheets n pillow cases. Bathroom quite clean.

    We stayed in a chalet of 2 rooms, for 2 nights. It is spacious, yes. Thank you. It is clean, yes. Thank you. Location is okay. Thank you. However, there are no towels. They forgot to provide towels. No complimentary mineral water. You have to buy at the reception. No jug kettle to make hot drinks. Thus no complimentary coffee/tea supplies. We also think that they should not put seaview as their plus point. The sea is far from the window view. And going to beach is not an easy task. The road is dangerous to cross. The receptionist is not local. Language is definitely a hurdle. We paid deposit without a noted receipt, as well. It rained cats and dogs the 1st night as we entered to retire for the day. Waited in the car for 10mins but there is no sign of the rain letting up. Our chalet is far from the tarmac parking plots. So, we were drenched as the only entrance is by the stairs right at our rooms. There is no covered walkway. Overall, paying what we paid is not worth it. We might as well stayed in a hotel/service apartment by the beach for the same rates.
