We were given a standard chalet. Horrible. Within 15 mins, the AC was dripping water on the bed, toilet was leaking, and AC was not properly cooling. We. complained, and were changed to a family deluxe room free of charge. The room was big, but overall ok. AC was still not working properly which is a challenge with such hot weather. It would have completely ruined our holidays if they have not changed us room. I would choose a different hotel if I was going back.
