    My kids like it there so much cuz there were rabbits and horses. At night it was so chilly inside the room.

    Overall, the hotel was nice, but I was very frustrated by the repeated water supply issues. It happened several times during my stay and significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and resolves it for future guests.

    Our stay at Bidong View Resort was unfortunately below expectations. The biggest issue was the staff service. We were not given clear directions to our room upon check-in, so we ended up carrying our luggage and our child up and down several flights of stairs before finding the correct location. This was very inconvenient. A simple map or proper directions from the staff would have made the arrival experience much smoother. The resort itself is quite old, although it appears to have been refurbished. I don’t mind staying in an older property, but I do think the cleanliness needs significant improvement. The room, as well as the café, could be maintained better. The breakfast was also rather disappointing, with limited food choices and not much variety. Overall, the resort has potential, but improvements in staff service, cleanliness, and food selection would make the guest experience much better.
