The overall value of the resort for the cost of the all inclusive was good. It was easy to get around and arrange reservations and buffet was consistent at being fair-good. The entertainment team were fun, hats off to Gustavo as he was great at making you feel special. The monkey walk was easy and they were entertaining- the monkeys too!

I recently stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradise, and while there were many positives, our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The resort itself is beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms and a wide variety of activities to enjoy. From the well-maintained pools to the relaxing spa and fun water sports, there’s plenty to keep you entertained. The staff were also friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, the food at the buffet was not up to the same high standard. While the selection was large, some dishes lacked flavor, and a few appeared to have been sitting out for too long. Unfortunately, a few members of our group became ill, which we suspect was related to the food. Adding to the difficulty, we were charged a cleaning fee because we had to use towels to clean up after one person became sick during the night. While we understand the need for extra cleaning, this felt a bit disappointing, especially since we were already dealing with a stressful situation. The resort has a lot to offer, and if food isn’t a priority, you’ll likely have a fantastic time. However, I’d encourage the management to revisit the quality of their buffet offerings and consider a bit more flexibility in handling unexpected situations. Despite these concerns, we still appreciated the wonderful facilities and kind staff.

We received disgusting customer service all week. We were charged for a privilege rooftop room and when we arrived, they told us that Agoda booked us into a standard room. They did not refund us and refused to help us get a refund from Agoda. The “butler” was useless, ignored our requests and booked us into restaurants we did not want to go to. The staff were rude apart from a few waiters in the restaurants. Overall, I think this is the worst hotel I have ever been to.
