Stayed here with my family of 4 and managed to get a jackpot price for our stay. The room was comfortable, the TV worked well, and we enjoyed the nice view of Kuala Terengganu city. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the brand new Pasar Payang, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again! 😊

Proses check in dan check out mudah. Parking seberang jalan mudah, tapi agak bahaya sebab kena melintas jalan. Parkir depan hotel ada, tapi konsep siapa cepat dia dapat. Sebelah hotel ada kedai runcit, sebaris hotel ada 7-eleven. Betul2 dekat bandar kuala terengganu.

For the price slightly more affordable comparatively, I think it is doable for a short one night stay if you have to be put up in Terengganu. Would expect at least the basics of anything 😫 Cleanliness : 1.5/5 (toilet had a horrible sewage smell throughout, room and towel had a damp smell. Bed had stains and bugs over the main table. Location: 4/5. Unfortunately almost everything closes early there so had maybe 2/3 restaurant to choose from bt walking distance . 7 eleven is very near as well and a quick mart next door. Mosque is literally behind for those who needs to go ( however be mindful of the morning prayer timings as it goes on a loudspeaker for quite a while so if you are a light sleeper , take note ) Staff were polite and nice. Security: safe doesn’t work and main doors are not locked / looked after Facilities: Really could provide more than a soap dispenser stuck on the wall for hand wash.
