    Checked in first room but apparently the aircond not cool down even set 16c and waited more than an hour. They offered to change room, apparently now the water heater not working. It was already late at night, I was so tired due to Raya, so i just ignore it. Only good thing is location.

    Hotel ok, bersih, staf pun ok. Kalau nak dok melaka ni, plan memang untuk jalan-jalan, mmg rekemen sgt hotel ni, sbb setakat utk lelap mata dan bersiap jer. Sebab, masa byk untuk berjalan. Hari tu, dok hotel ni pun, check in kol 6 (sbb mmg booking last minit hahaha), kol 8 dah kuar balik gi jalan2. Kol 2 baru balik bilik. Esok nya, kol 11.30 dah checkout semula, sambung jln2 sebelum balik ... hahaha

    Check in and check out process is no issue. Just during check out only Bangla or Nepal guard is standby at the lobby. No fridge provided inside the hotel room👎🏼 The hotel is quiet and looks empty. Hotel room is just okay. Tv was not function and cannot turn on at all. Aircond conditions is too old and i think not service for quit sometimes. The door of bathroom toilet is loose and not workable. There are some of cupboards area almost fell down if heavy with luggage ot bags. I think they need to refurbish the hotel room facilities.
