    Housekeeping good ,room very clean . Location in old town very convenience, many taxi parking in front hotel, grab car easily to booking. We book the hotel for order grab car go Gunung Angsi and Gunung Datuk hiking purpose. The lady house keeper very polite and do a good job . Thank you.

    Hotel is run down and lacked maintenance. The button in lift was covered by tape and written 'rosak'. The glass table top for pantry was wobbly and the power switch not working. Some light bulbs above the bed were spoilt.

    Carlton Star Hotel is required to improve many facilities such as TV, toilet cleanliness, no kettle, cupboard cabinet and lift facilities. The ceiling in the toilet is broken and no proper cover on top. I hope the management should look into the facilities especially in the room and toilet. TV could not be used at all.
