    when I arrived at the hotel, staff said the type of room that i booked already full so she can upgrade to family room but need to add rm65. i already confront her nicely to cancel then she said i need to cancel by myself (?) i think she didn't know the policy if i already arrived and within the day of the booking date then how can i cancel? then the only solution is i need to pay or i wouldn't get a room. why do i need to pay more at the first place when it's your mistake with this overbooked situation. I already make a report and complaint to Agoda Customer Service and thank God they will pay back my RM65 and refund me the room fee so my stay that night was free. Thank you Agoda for taking care of your customer!
