    penuh anak lipas dalam bilik & toilet . toilet takda bidet malah paip untuk buang air besar & kecil . tak convenience langsung , nasib terpaksa stay sini je , kalau tak memang tak la . never repeat to stay here . tq

    Sdh minta bilik non smoking 🚬, sekali tiba, masuk lift, bau asap rokok, jalan menuju ke bilik, bau asap rokok, masuk di bilik pun bao asap rokok. Apa makna waktu saya booking, pihak hotel just ignore permintaan saya!!! Pergi kaunter Tanya, dia ckp minta cleaner p cleaning, cleaner cakap tak Ada bau rokok. Mereka dah biasa dengan itu bao... Anak saya Sama dan keluarga kami mmg tiada yang merokok, jadi memang kami tao ada atau tiada. Pihak hotel bg tao blh tukar bilik, tapi double bed room dan bukan bersenelahan. Macam mana saya seoramg dewasa bawa anak2 ni... Tak logik cara penyelesaian ini. Bilik pun penuh dgn habuk2, tandas penyedup angin punpenuh dgn habuk2 sampai boleh jatuh ke dlm mangkuk tandas, gambar blh dijadikan bukti. Hair pun nampak Kotor, tak berani nak pegang pakai pun. Gambar2 di atas mmg jadi bukti, nak sewa pikirlah btl2.... Hotel ni first and the last.....
