    Booked private room with 2 single beds for 1 night. Love the ambience of this hotel as its coziness is at top notch for a budget-friendly hotel in KL! My friend and I enjoyed our stay here especially the rooftop view was magnificent with Merdeka 118 tower, KL Tower and a glimpse of KLCC tower 😍😍 However, the only thing that I’m not quite satisfied is there was no electric kettle in the room. In Agoda apps, for the private room (2 single beds with window) it stated that the hotel provide an electric kettle, but when I asked the receptionist, he told me that they no longer provide electric kettle in the room anymore. If the guest wanted to drink hot water, the guest may come to the hotel lobby and enjoy hot tea or coffee provided by the hotel available 24 hours. I think Agoda should update on what the room package provides so that there will be no understanding upon booking a room. That’s all and overall and I enjoyed my short stay here and surely will repeat and recommend to my families and friends👍❤️

    This is my favorite go to when I’m in KL especially for longer stays. The staff is excellent. Please remember this is a budget stay so don’t expect perfection. The WiFi is a tad on the slow side so make sure you get an e-sim before or at airport (airport is cheaper). The location is near to public transport and on the outskirts of Chinatown and other happening spot. In that way, it’s a quiet and not too busy which is my preference but still a couple blocks away from it all. I’ve stayed at plenty of other budget stays but this is my favorite.

    Unfortunately, the lift was not working so for seniors with leg problems can be challenging. The staff was nice to arrange helpers to carry down our luggages. Tks.
