    Great hotel, the island is great for some snorkelling trip. The hotel staff is very helpful with booking boat. Overall very clean- housekeeping doesn’t come every day and you have to chase them via WhatsApp. Breakfast was nice, although one day I think they run out of supply and there wasn’t much .

    Will start with the positives: very friendly staff, genuinely helpful. Clean room and premises The room had timeless pieces like a beautiful wooden bed simple but effective decor in the living area. The negatives: no wifi in the bedrooms a bit annoying but i accept that it's probably not easy to install good wifi on a remote island and I probably read and relaxed more as a result The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The toilet paper holder was very rusty and so did every thing made out metal; the toilet was very wobbly as if not fixed properly on the ground; the floor is outdated and unpleasant to walk on and there was no water pressure on. They've installed an additional shower tap which I assumed is electric and was meant to improve the pressure but I had no idea how to turn it on as there was on and off button. And also why on earth keep both taps!!! Feels lazy and unnecessary The joint around the sink needed to be changed it was dirty and you cannot clean it you have to remove the old and put new which only takes a few minutes. I think once upon a time the Arwana hotel was probably glorious but it hasn't had light maintenance or upgrades for a very long time which is a shame and makes it less value for money

    When we arrived, there was no water in the washroom, We had to wait for 3 hours to get the water. They said it will take 3 hours and we have to wait. After reaching in the afternoon, we couldn't refreshed. We had to wait for too long to get the food in the restaurant during diner time. They were serving our orders to other people. Even we didn't get one food that we ordered. Restaurant is not organized.
