    The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the sea view was beautiful. The beach is just behind the resort, and the swing overlooking the scenery was a lovely touch. However, the food service was disappointing. During check-in, I specifically asked whether dinner was available and was told that walk-ins were welcome. Imagine my surprise when the restaurant was closed that evening for preparations for a high-tea event the next day! After raising the issue, the staff agreed to prepare takeaway food, but we had to wait almost 90 minutes for simple dishes. What made this even more puzzling was that breakfast was served in the same restaurant the next morning, with only a small section seemingly reserved for the event. Better communication and planning would have saved guests a lot of inconvenience. Breakfast at RM25 per person was rather basic, with limited food choices and drinks that needed constant replenishment. Staff were friendly, but service appeared understaffed. Other disappointments included a TV with no watchable channels, a mini-mart with very limited snack options, and a swimming pool that closes at 7 pm. Beautiful location, clean rooms, and friendly staff, but the overall experience could be much better with proper planning, better facilities and improved food service. The resort has potential, but management needs to pay more attention to the overall guest experience.
