    Впервые жили чуть дальше башень Петронас. Отель прекрасный! Просторные номера, есть гардеробная, утюг, доска, прекрасная ванная комната и с ванной и с душем! Вид из окна чудесный на новую башню Мердека , на телебашню и на исторический квартал . Завтраки не особо впечатлили в сравнении с другими отелями . Но в целом еды достаточно . Зато какой квартал за углом здания! Просто восторг! Там и чудесные европейские кафе, и азиатская кухня. Сам район просто великолепный! Мягкая постель , белоснежные полотенца, кладут даже мочалку и ополаскиватель для рта.

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I strongly warn everyone to THINK TWICE before booking this property! I booked this hotel from September 29 to October 3, 2026, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuala Lumpur. Instead, I experienced an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, I discovered disgusting red bugs inside my room. I immediately reported the problem to the management, expecting an urgent and professional solution. Instead of properly resolving the situation, they moved me to another room. Shockingly, the insect problem appeared AGAIN! Imagine paying for a hotel room only to spend your vacation worrying about insects, hygiene, and whether your room is even suitable to sleep in! The situation became so unacceptable that I had to arrange alternative accommodation and spend additional money just to have somewhere comfortable to stay. I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING! What makes this experience even worse is the way my complaint and refund request were handled. Despite the repeated problems, the inconvenience, and the additional expenses I incurred, I was left seeking a fair resolution. I requested a FULL REFUND and reimbursement for the additional accommodation expenses caused by this unacceptable experience. THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT MONEY. IT IS ABOUT BASIC HYGIENE, CUSTOMER SAFETY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND RESPECT FOR GUESTS! I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have rarely experienced such a disappointing situation. MY ADVICE TO FUTURE GUESTS: DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS OR THE ROOM DESCRIPTION. MY EXPERIENCE WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I EXPECTED! I sincerely hope the management takes responsibility, addresses these hygiene concerns, and provides the refund and compensation I have requested. UNTIL THIS MATTER IS PROPERLY RESOLVED, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!
