    I believe this resort need to updgrade with the location, nice beach and good facilities but the management need to upgrade and repair the room flooring, the airconditioning, the broken door. Compliments: Big swim pool and cheap menu in the coffee house and friendly staff.... Conclusion: the owner need to upgrade specially the room...customer can pay the service and good facilities and room.

    Minus point: 1. Bilik sangat usang, kayu reput, pintu senget sampai lompong sikit walaupun dah tutup pintu, tiada mosquito net, nyamuk masuk bilik, since tepi pantai bayu masin, lock pintu mereput/berkarat. Bumbung senget sana sini ada yang dah roboh juga, tapi tidak dibaiki. 2. Masuk bilik bidet sedia pecah dan tertanggal. 3. Wayar telefon berselirat atas lantai. Tapi dah tak guna servis telefon landline. Semua melalui WhatsApp. Tapi bila nesej panjang-panjang tak dilayan. Kena sidai. 4. Paling Minus Aircond bocor. Duduk setengah jam dalam bilik berpeluh-peluh even dan letak 16 degree full 3 level kipas. Macam duduk dalam sauna. Maintenance datang dan akui mmg aircond tak sejuk. Pergi reception nak minta tukar bilik, staf tu kata tunggu maintenance repair dulu. Kebetulan maintenance pun datang reception bgtau mmg bilik aircond rosak ke bocor. Banyak alasan taknak bagi bilik lain, cakap bilik lain yg sama harga jauh... Biaq p la jauh mana pun, takkan hang nak bagi customer tidur dalam sauna. Dah customer mmg request nk bilik lain. Bagi jela tanpa banyak cerita. 5. Wifi?? Mmg paling tak patut. Bayar harga bilik RM240 tapi Wi-Fi hanya ada di lobby dan restoran. Haaa ko rase!! Dalam bilik ada router wifi tu.. Siap blinking.. Tp tak function ya. Sedeeyy. Hotel murah2 dimana2 pun ada wifi dibilik. 6. Cleanliness... Teruk jugak.. Berlumut la shower nya. Macam tiada cleaner yang bersihkan. Dibiar sakk berdaki begitu. Mungkin mereka simbah-simbah sakk air tu. Tiada sental-sental. Plus points: 1. Yang dipuji hanya pool nya sahaja. Itu je.. Mmg itu je.. Pool besar. Thats it. 2. Dan staf yang berada di restoran. Walaupun sarapan pun tak banyak pilihan, tapi staf nya baik. Staf restoran ya. Staf reception kena belajar lagi bagaimana mau beri servis kepada pelanggan. Jika tak suka layan kerenah pelanggan disebabkan kekurangan hotel fasiliti mu, berhenti kerja cari kerja di belakang tabir. Jangan cari kerja yang perlu layan customer kalau kamu tak boleh bercakap elok2 dan tak boleh bermuka manis..sedangkan kita yang bayar kita sudah cakap elok2. Bikin dosa dan kurang seronok saja. Overall. Hotel ni just tunggu masa je nak runtuh. Tiada tanda mahu diperbaiki. Bangunannya almost semua sudah usang. Tiang kayu pun lusuh, paling tidak syelec la kasi kilat. Ohh lupa! Selepas check in dibilik ganti, baru terniat nak baca reviews di google. Rupanya.. Bilik yang dibagi kepada kami pertama tu No. 255, pada 7 bulan lepas dah ada customer yang review sama macam di review ni. 7 bulan guys.. Dia tak repair pun aircond tu. Dia cuba nasib je ya letak customer di bilik tu. Tak patut! Bilik 255 is a scam. Saya marah betul masa tu. Ok sekian.
