Hotel cantik, tetapi pengurusan sangat mengecewakan.
Tempahan untuk 3 orang dewasa, tetapi hanya diberi 2 helai tuala. Bila ditanya, jawapannya tuala tambahan perlu dicaj. Deposit pula diambil semasa check-in, tetapi tidak dipulangkan ketika check-out. Saya diminta WhatsApp admin, namun mesej dari pagi langsung tidak dibalas. Apabila dihubungi, alasannya tiada masa melihat WhatsApp kerana sedang memandu dari KL. Deposit hanya dipulangkan pada waktu malam selepas saya menuntutnya sekali lagi. Tiada permohonan maaf, hanya resit pembayaran dihantar.
Notis pada peti ais yang rosak juga ditulis dengan nada yang kurang profesional. Bila ditanya, staf memaklumkan notis tersebut datang daripada pihak pengurusan.
Credit hanya untuk staf yang mesra dan membantu walaupun terpaksa menguruskan pelbagai tugas.
Jujurnya saya menyesal tak baca review sebelum ni dengan betul. Lepas alami sendiri, baru faham kenapa ramai bagi komen negatif. Memang tak akan repeat stay. 👎🏾
