    Overall, the hotel ticked almost all the boxes. Unfortunately, there was one serious and potentially dangerous safety issue that completely changed my opinion of the stay. I personally informed hotel staff with photos about the problem twice and clearly raised my concerns about the potential danger. Despite this, nothing was done to fix or address the issue during our entire four-night stay. I find this extremely disappointing. When a guest raises a genuine safety concern, especially one that could potentially put people at risk, I believe the hotel has a responsibility to take it seriously and act promptly. For this reason, despite the many positive aspects of the hotel, I have given it a low rating. My low score is not about other aspects of the hotel, but because I felt that a serious safety concern was repeatedly ignored. A hotel can get many things right, but guest safety should always come first.

    decent budget accommodation in jalan petaling. small room but worth the price. good hygiene, helpful staff. many eateries around.

    The staff was pleasant and helpful. It's an older building, but everything is functional. It has an elevator but you have to go up a flight of stairs from the street level to get to the lobby. This wasn't a problem, just info that maybe helpful to fellow travelers. It's location is it's strongest asset. If you are willing to forego luxury for location, you will want to consider the Hotel CT2

    If you arw looking for a very tight budget friendly then go here but manage your expectatiions. I suggest to book in advance and always cjeck the hotel if it is along the highway since Hotel Chinatown 2 is inside the chinatown
