    Enjoyed our group stay at Real de Minas, the food staff were good. Front lobby staff could use some coaching on how to be more welcoming. Rooms were basic but had all the necessary items for comfort. Did not get to use the outdoor facilities too much due to weather but they looked nice.

    A large beauty hotel late areas outside for sitting and a swimming pool. Good a bit overpriced but there are a multitude of restaurants in short walking . However, on the downside, it happened to be quite cold here, especially in the mornings and they keep the doors open and so I found myself wearing my winter puffer to eat in the morning and also in the evening. They do have those heat lamps which help it would appear only one person behind the desk speaks English. So it would be helpful if you could express yourself in Spanish.

    This is an old hotel, photos look far from reality. Loud music everywhere from pool to lobby. Old fashion staff who don’t really care about customer the way we understand customer service in 21 century. It’s a low budget hotel for families with kids on a budget vacation priced very high. If you pay half of the price and stay for a night or two only sleeping at night and spending the whole day out then maybe it is worth it.

    Reserve aquí porque quería tener la opción de una alberca pero la verdad es que estaba super sucia. Aparte que no tiene luz en la noche. Fuera de eso, el lugar está un poco lejos del centro pero el staff fue muy amable. Algo que me parecio super gandalla fue que el estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte.
