    I had a disappointing experience at Wazo Hotel. I had booked two rooms for one night, but upon arrival, the front desk insisted there was only one room under my name despite my booking confirmation showing two. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to contact Agoda myself, and even after the mistake was corrected, no apology was offered. We arrived at 2:15 PM, yet were told to wait another 30 minutes as the hotel claimed the check-in time listed on Agoda was incorrect, which felt misleading. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout. Additionally, I had requested large beds in both rooms but received two small single beds in each, with no prior notice or effort to accommodate the request. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience that fell short of basic hospitality standards.
