    The hotel was good the reception lady karima was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were good 👍. The breakfast was a ok could have been better. Just scrambled eggs and pancakes yogurt and flat bread not much choice tea and coffee available. If you don't mind the breakfast it's cool. Don't use the shop next door charges double the price for water and goods. The shopping center a 100m away is better. I would stay again for the price it was 👍

    Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I do not recommend staying here. - Wi-Fi problems: There’s no wifi/internet in the rooms, even though it says "connected." - No extra bedding: Shockingly, there are no spare covers if you need. If you need one extra or one gets dirty, there’s no immediate replacement, and you’ll have to wait until the next day to get an extra. - Outdated and unclean: The furniture and towels are extremely old and appear dirty even after being cleaned and changed. - No basic amenities: Soap is not provided "you have to buy it yourself". They provice you only shampoo, But quality is very poor. - Noise problems: If your room faces the front, it’s difficult to sleep due to outside noise of the cars. The parking area is managed by a street guard who keeps screaming even at night. - Disappointing breakfast: The tea and coffee are only lukewarm, and there are no fruits or vegetables offered, well some juce.

    British tourists please be aware of this ongoing scam so you don't get caught out. This hotel looks good at first glance online but if booked they will not honour the price you paid. We booked and got confirmation but when we arrived the rude receptionist said he had no booking for us which can't have been true if we had the confirmation from Agodo. When presented with the email he said the price was too low and we had to pay extra if we wanted to stay. After spending over an hour on the phone to Agoda we were no closer to a resolution and we were refused contact with the hotel manager by the increasingly aggressive receptionist. We were eventually told he would not give us a room and were ejected from the hotel at almost midnight with nowhere to stay. From reading reviews since it is clear that this is a common tactic to pull particularly on British tourists. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere as there are plenty of better hotels with helpful staff for the same price. For reference, the egotistical male receptionist is hard to miss, he's a tall greasy looking guy, glasses with foul smelling body odour.
