    We have a wonderful stay at this hotel, the location is excellent, close to the beach and many restaurants, the staff are friendly and always ready to help!

    I had previously stayed here and provided a positive review. However, 2 years later things are getting worse. 1. I was charged additional taxes charges of 176 dirham while Agoda booking says the price paid is inclusive. I contacted Agoda and they confirmed I should not pay any additional, Agoda customer service trying to reach out to the hotel for 2 days with no luck. 2. Air con is not working, they promised to send a technician to the room and I had to wait for couple of hours, upon his arrival he confirmed it’s not working and said he will go and check something, he left 8pm and never showed back and it’s 10am the next day!. 3. No fridge and no water kettle in the room, although I paid for the most executive room in the hotel. 4. Reception staff are not honest nor they care, they just want to get rid of customers. Over all I am disappointed with the hotel.
