    Location is good, close to train, bus, markets and busy neighbourhood. Hotel itself is pretty average, the stairwell is like some dirty, dark nightmare with air con motors in random locations. Be prepared for no elevators (have 2, both don't work) and exposed electrical wiring everywhere. The staff seem quite useless, it took them well over 30 minutes at check in, couldn't find my booking which I had already paid for, had to show them my agoda app and email at least a dozen times, they had no idea. When they reluctantly accepted that I had a booking I was taken to the wrong room, they gave us a double bed, I booked a deluxe room with 2 single beds. I said this is not what I booked, another 10 minutes of showing the app and confirmation email and the guy said "just wait here, I'll get you another room". Well after 2 and a half hours of waiting we give up and go back to the front desk, after more showing of the confirmation they finally took us to a bssic room with 2 single beds, by now we are almost at 4 hours from the time we arrived until we got our room. Had to return to front desk at least 3 more times, wad given the room with no towles, no top bedsheets and getting the wifi password is a real mission (it changes every 24hours) Talk about a disorganised shambles. Overall a pretty average experience keep expectations low and you should be ok.
