    On the plus side: great location in Colombo, 24-hour lobby with phone charging and bag deposit, very clean. On the downside: the actual street it's on in is really dingy, and there are too few staff members, so I literally couldn't check in when I arrived cos the one guy on duty was cleaning up and on the phone for over an hour before he'd process me. (I did arrive before check-in time, and I was able to use the toilet and charging facilities even without his approval.)

    I really love this place. The staff is super helpful and welcoming. The room is good and bed is good. There is water (hot and cold). Good location.

    I loved the social atmosphere here. The common areas are well-designed and make it easy to meet others. The dorms were clean, the staff provided excellent local tips. I felt safe and welcomed the entire time!

    Linens are all stained , bathrooms and toilets are damn small . Had bed bugs . Caretaker was good . The place needs to be upgraded . Saw many good reviews but it wasn’t the case .
