    The room air conditioner was not working and after we checked in only they tried to fix it. But couldn’t. TV is also the same. Provided a new room after we claim for it. There was not even a rug. For our two day stay the breakfast was same. Even though they have mentioned a restaurant is there, there wasn’t a restaurant and we had to go out for all other meals. Service is also poor as it took long time to get us a tea even. Overall experience is worst as it was not as we expected. Not recommending this place.

    Beautiful clam place with a breathtaking view. Friendly and flexible staff. If you need to unwind and relax in a peace atmosphere this is a place.

    Location is beautifull but the service is not standard. Staf is not trained and they dont have atleast an uniform. We cant identify the staff. We are not sure wether they are hotel staff or temporary outsiders who hired for the hotel services. Breakfast is very bad. Only two items. They dont serve atleast a empty glass to the table. They serve plain tea for breakfast tea. After we request they gave cold milk. Then we have to mix it with plain tea. Then the tea is again cold. All of these are because the less trained temporary outsiders i feel.
