    I cannot say enough good things about Glenross Living and the wonderful staff. Our butler Dilshan, contacted us the day before arrival to introduce himself and enquire what time we would arrive. The morning of our arrival he sent us lunch menus so they could prepare lunch ahead of our arrival. We arrived after a very long from drive from Sigiriya. The hotel is located at the end of an exceptionally long and winding driveway. We were greeted by a member of staff at the car park and we were taken to reception by buggy to complete check in and ringing a huge bell to announce our arrival - the check in was done by Niro the manager and we had a complimentary head massage at the same time. After check in we had our lunch, which was exceptionally good, and then taken by buggy to our room. The villa was very special indeed! Wooden construction with floor to ceiling windows the whole width of the villa, with breathtaking views that go for miles. The lower floor with kitchenette and private pool were a perfect place to spend your days relaxing after a hectic week in Sri Lanka. We both had a spa treatments with lovely Kadek, who was excellent and helped us to relax after our travels. We really enjoyed all of meals at Glenross and we'd like to thank Upul and his team for such great meals, especially the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast! The care and attention to detail during our stay from Niro, Udara, Dilshan, Chamara and Upali was exceptional and we are both very grateful for their service. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and has a lovely zen vibe about it. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. One tip I would like to give is to make sure you shut the blinds in the evening when you put the villa lights on otherwise it attracts bugs. We will definitely be back one day!

    We had a great stay at Glenross Villas. The rooms are really stunning with beautiful pools looking out over the cinnamon and rubber trees. The food was very good all cooked by local chef Upul (especially the Sri Lankan curry) and the Balinese massage from Seri was one of the best we have had here. The staff could not have been more friendly and really did everything possible to make sure you had the best stay. There are a few little niggles that they need to iron out but on the whole they more than make up for it with their great hospitality and warmth. Thank you to hardworking Larry and Udara who both seem to work 24/7 and Upil at housekeeping who delivered anything we asked for within minutes!

    Welcomed to the hillside resort by the always smiling Upali who looked after us throughout our stay. The manager Mr. Sumith was very courteous and accommodating. Also organized a full day trip to Yala national park within 24 hrs! During meals Dilshan & his colleagues were always available and helpful. Food was prepared very well, they asked if we had any preferences which is always appreciated. I would have preferred a few more options on the menu but it's understandable as it's a boutique Hotel. Would recommend to friends and family.
