    Elements is simply a great resort and I immediately took a strong liking to it. Basically it combines Swiss organization and cleanliness (the founder is Swiss) with Sri Lankan hospitality. -the bungalows are spread out over a beautiful expansive garden, inhabited by a herd of cute donkeys, and faces both the sea and the lagoon. The location is simply perfect -the bungalows are very nice, with a large outdoor shower area, a beautiful outside siting corner, and large indoor area. There is no AC, but with a large ceiling fan and various other fans, this was not necessary at all. As the bungalows are spread out, you have the feeling to be alone surrounded by nature -the food, be it breakfast, lunch or buffet diner was just awesome. Lots of variation. Everything so fresh. Really great part of the experience -I came for kitesurfing and kitesurfing I did! Hashan and his assistants are wonderful. They guided me on two amazing downwinders and repaired my equipment when required I met guests hete who came here from Europe for the third time, that’s how much they like the resort and its vibe

    Our group of 7 enjoyed our first visit to Elements....an afternoon kayak trip in the lagoon and an evening BBQ with juicy grilled tuna steaks were a highlight. All the meals were quite good, with an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients. Overall a well run operation with friendly & efficient staff.
