    Went to a concert in inspire arena- very convenient, there's a bus station and a convenient store really really close. The room was very big and clean. Had a bit of trouble understanding how to do the check out in the morning, but other then that really good. Will come back

    Convenient location to Inspire Arena. Many busses right outside and opposite hotel (just not as frequent, do check Naver map). Nice to CU opposite hotel and 7-11 abt 100m away. Staff only available from 10am to 10pm. We arrived after 10pm, self-checkin via the Kiosk was easy. Room size and roo cleanliness were acceptable. Less 1 star for cleanliness was the stairways next to the elevator, which was also used as a "storage" for hotel stuff in large bags. We stayed for 3N, first 2N were ok. Last N, my daughter came back around 11pm, elevator was OUT OF ORDER with a note NOT TO USE THE STAIRWAYS during unmanned hours. How do they expect guests to go back to their rooms? We checked out at 12pm (manned hours on a Sunday), elevator still not back in order. And we need to carry our luggages from level 5 to level 1. Imagine us having to navigate our luggages and hopping not to trip over those large bags. I would still recommend the hotel as apart from the elevator issue and those large bags, rest are still ok for tge price and location.

    It was a good stay but... I just wished that they do clean the Air condition. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the hotel has opened. Too much dirt or mold in it and we were so stuffy and my child wasn't feeling good as he has asthma and obviously keep inhaling the dirty cold air. I asked for an air purifier after I booked but there was no answer because they did not provide it. I didn't get the chance to tell the staff about the AC as we were so busy doing our trips but I hope when they read my review they will take an immediate action as it's really nasty in that room! The staff that I'd talked and seen upon checking in was very helpful to get me a cab. The location is a 8 mins drive to Inspire Resort. There is few restaurants outside the hotels and its walkable. The beaches to the left is an easy access.
