    Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for the major tourist attractions. The only improvement would be providing a what's app phone number for tourists to contact reception when they are out!

    This hotel was perfect for us. Perfect location, lovely staff and very clean! I would highly recommend and would stay here again. Lots of museums, restaurants and markets all within walking distance.

    Room had a musty smell- toilet was constantly damp and humid (walls always wet), mirrors and walls had mold and mildew on them. Room was small, nowhere for clothes to be hung. Main thing was- no decent sized shower towels or floor mats provided at all. Requested but they said all they had was face towels. Reached at 3pm and nobody was at the reception area (staff were cleaning), waited and they didn’t allow us to check in strictly until 4pm although there were many empty, ready rooms. Aircon was right above our heads. No lift and no staff to help out with the luggages and had to lug them up 3 floors on our own. Room felt really claustrophobic and window was just a very mini one with dusty blinds down that we didn’t want to touch.
