When we arrived at 2:30 we were told that check in was at 5 even though Agoda said that check in was at 3. We were charged 20,000won to check in early to one of our two rooms so that we could use the bathroom and decompress after the long drive. The first room we were given smelled like someone had just smoked in it despite it being a non-smoking room. we were allowed to change, but the new room also had a slight smell from people smoking in it at some point in the past. The rooms themselves are very small. basically just big enough for the queen sized bed and a small counter top. The bathrooms are old and have rust ans stains everywhere. The ceiling of the bathroom was plastic and had a opening for maintenance that banged really loud every time the door was open due to air pressure changes. You are not allowed to eat food in the room. What is this rule? Honestly. The staff is just lazy and doesn't want to have to deal with messes. Speaking of the staff, there is an old man who is very kind and helpful. He was very nice and if I only had to deal with him I would probably not have left a bed review despite all of the bad things. However, there is a woman who was very rood and treated my like a child. When one of our friends went back to the room early and didn't answer the door because she was sleeping, the woman complained and talked down to me for asking for a 2nd key. I offered to return the key after going to the room, but she said she wanted to go back to sleep. If you want to sleep more than do you job, just quit or sell the motel. Don't bother customers who overpaid. Please, do not book here. It is very uncomfortable and not worth any amount of money even with the location being so close to the beach.
