    There was a bug in the bed. When I politely told the manager he just said ok and brushed me off and still charged me based on policy for a late checkout even though I had explained I was with young kids stuck in traffic going to the hotel. He was very rude. Just a stern business man and did not care about my concern about hygiene issues in the room. Also the bed -blanket made my skin irritated. Other than that, just fine.

    The room is so clean and big. It has a bath tub and complete amenities. The location is also convenient. There is a convenience store nearby. We love it.

    The staff was very nice escorted me to my room and helped me with my luggage (which was very heavy, and there was no elevator). That was very much appreciated! They also showed me where I can get more clean towels, toilet paper and anything else I might need. A public microwave and electric kettle was also provided. It is not a luxury hotel but it was exactly what I needed for an affordable stay in Seoul.

    you clean your own room... you get your own towels and toilet paper in a designated area... good luck in getting towels especially if the other guests keep replacing their towels daily the place is VERY NEAR a subway station and bus stop... there are highly rated restaurants just beside the hotel... the hotel is smack in the insadong tourist area - soo much to see spartan living quarters, but value for money is 👍👍
