    I really liked this stay! They have a lot of facilities! I truly reccomend this hotel!

    The lobby is modern and elegant, while the exterior could benefit from some refurbishment as it looks a little dated. The room was comfortable, and the location is very convenient for visiting nearby attractions by car. The theme park shows its age in some areas. Since our stay was quite short, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy any of the facilities, but we look forward to trying them on our next visit.

    Felt like a resort and comfortable beds however I felt the toilet n deco abit oldish. The swimming pool overcrowded. The lifts are complicated. We need to get to level 1 before we can get to another lift to our hotel room. But overall a nice place to chill. Theme park abit cmi and old. Free theme park tickets only 3 rides per tickets

    Beware the 500,000 won deposit upon entry. You get it back, but it was very unexpected. The staff were nice to me though; they worked with me, and I liked the cleaners in particular. They were friendly. For a five star hotel though, I expected a bit more. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated on that there were scuff marks and visible wear and tear in the bedrooms, but they are quite big so that was nice. At various points during my trip,, rubbish had been left in the elevators for people to find. My toilet also got blocked at one point but they resolved this quickly. The pool was nice. I attended a festival and the halls for the event were nice and spacious. The theme park was cool, but more so aimed at kids and families. Restaurants were reasonably priced I felt but then I come from another country where cost of living is higher. I wish the conscience stores had a bit more variety though.. They also ordered me a taxi on my way back to the airport, which was nice.
