    Staff were amazing. I reached the hotel at 7.55pm and restaurant closes at 8pm. Staff quickly brought me to the restaurant to place my order so that I could settle my dinner at the hotel. Amazing food as well. We loveeeeee the hotel facilities and in room jacuzzi. The room was clean and we had a room with amazing view.

    Although the location is a bit far from the city centre, the room/ restaurant/ Pool/ cafe are all perfectly good.

    The hotel location, staff, amenities of the hotel were beyond 5 star. We were also impressed with the free breakfast offer as the foods were delicious. The staff are so attentive and accommodating. We recommend this place at least one night. You won't regret it!

    Let me start with saying that this place has some of the most wonderful service staff. When we checked in there was one tall male staff who was extremely fluent in English and polite and gentle with us. It has been this way for 2 days. However on the third and last day of my stay, when my partner and i ran into an emergency and was in dire and urgent need of help, there was a short male staff wearing glasses who was extremely rude and dismissive. I said i needed help and he kept repeating: โ€˜no understand no understand, close close, bye bye! Closed!โ€™ It seemed like he just wanted end work to go home and ignore the trouble we were in. Instead, i had to run around the neighbourhood in search for help. In the cold and in the rain as we were desperate for help. In the end i managed to find some help from a friendly korean family living in the same resort. This really disappointed me as i was really happy w everything about this hotel up to this very moment. That is all for my review
