    We stayed here for one night while visiting Seoraksan National Park and Nami Island, and it was such a lovely experience for our family. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, and seeing a peacock walking around in the morning was a huge highlight for our toddler. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when our toddler had a dinner meltdown and we needed to bring our wine up to the room instead. They handled everything with so much understanding and warmth, which we really appreciated as parents traveling with a young child. The food was also very good, and overall the stay felt relaxing, welcoming, and family friendly. We would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

    Overall a lovely hotel with lots of facilities for families. However, oddly, many of the rooms do not apparently have Netflix/any Smart TV features!

    리조트라 주변은 넓어서 좋아요. 객실에 추가 인원에 대한 부분이 만족스럽지 않네요. 3인이 잘수 있는 공간이 생각보다 작아요.
