    Had a short stay at the property and overall it was a decent stay. Clean, full amenities and good location near Yongsan station. Just one thing that we faced was that despite booking for 3, the sofa bed was not set up adequately - unlike pictures, the sofa bed was not set up with adequate bedlinen and pillows. Front desk even verified that it was the "correct setup" after I checked in with them personally with pictures as it was a far cry from what was shown on sites. Anyway, it was rectified the next day, showing that it was indeed inadequately set-up in the first night. Hotel was responsive to feedback over email after - hopefully next guests will not have the same issue. Overall, it was a good stay as the property is very nice. Would have been ideal if all travelers had the optimal sleeping arrangements.

    We spent several days at this hotel and was overall pleased with the location, facilities (next to main station and a big mall). Staff was very accomodating.

    We booked this suite after staying in the joining ibis hotel first. As these were our last days on our holiday, we hoped to have a nice suite to finish our time in Korea. We arrived late (1am), which we did notify in advance, and immediately checked in. Once we arrived upstairs we found ourselves ready for bed with a young kid and traveling all day. Our kid instantly fell asleep on the couch, but after we opened our blanket we saw that the bed had incredibly dirty sheets. We had several spots, multiple hairs and even sand on the other side. Never ever have I’ve seen anything this gross. When picking up the pillow, the otherside had multiple hairs as well. There were greasy fingers all over the furniture and we didn’t receive towels for 3 guests. Even though everyone was super tired, I headed down to front desk to get this sorted. They offered a room change but seeing our kid was asleep we just waited for new sheets and we would deal with it later. In the morning we discovered that the rain shower was fully clogged and had no pressure and the toilet seat fell off when we opened the lid. After complaining again they offered us either deep cleaning our room or another one. We took another room, so they would change our luggage to the new room when we were out that day. When we returned the front desk initially thought that we were frauds as someone else was already in our new room, so picking up our new room keys took another 15 min. They gave us a small box with 4 chocolates as an apology. The new room was just 2 rooms down the hall, and was missing towels and water for 3 as well. Here the sheets had been washed but still had visible stains, the carpet had old blood or wine stains, and the greasy hands and fingers were present here as well all over the walls and cabinets. The reading chair and bench all had old stains all over them as well. At this point we just gave up. Such a pity that these rooms all seemed to be in desperate need of a deep clean, including window washing. The third day housekeeping never came around, so we missed out on new water and clean towels. Honestly the views and washing machine were the best things in these suites. We had loads of fun in Seoul, but we did spent a good amount of money for this ‘suite’ and given that this was our 10yr wedding anniversary trip (which we also let them know when booking), this was certainly a big disappointment in handling this by the hotel. Certainly expected more of them accommodating guests in unclean rooms.
