    I loved the location of this hotel. It’s directly opposite daiso and many eatery, and just a short walk to the market and Haeundae Beach. The view from our hotel room was beautiful. The room had one double bed and one single bed, which was perfect for us and made our stay very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel itself is clean and well-located. Unfortunately, the front desk service was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. We arrived early from a red-eye flight and came to drop our luggage at around 9:00 AM. The staff member at reception displayed a total lack of basic customer service. He sat at the desk, ignored us, and made no attempt to assist or provide instructions. As the luggage room door was open, we assumed we should place our bags inside ourselves. Only then did he approach us abruptly and say in a rude tone, “THIS IS A RESTRICTED AREA.” If that is the case, why were we not attended to or informed properly from the start? While waiting in the lobby, we had some food and drinks, as we did not notice any signage at that time. Instead of addressing this professionally, he spoke to us in a harsh and dismissive manner, simply saying “NO FOOD.” This was unnecessary and inappropriate — there is no excuse for speaking to guests this way. I later enquired about paying for early check-in at 1:00 PM (as we understood late checkout was chargeable by the hour). He responded with an unpleasant look and curtly said, “WE ARE FULLY BOOKED,” again with no attempt at courteous communication. This individual’s attitude was consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It is not acceptable for a front desk staff member to treat guests in such a manner. To the hotel management: this is a serious service failure. Please review this staff member’s conduct, as he is clearly unfit to represent your hotel at the reception. For your reference, this incident took place on 13 June between approximately 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. He was not part of the later shift that handled our check-in. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. We travel frequently, and this is the first time we have been treated in such a disrespectful manner. Without this incident, I would have rated the hotel 5 stars.
